CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

We are sorry that we do not offer direct exchanges on Amuse product.

CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE OR GROUP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once it has been confirmed.

We also cannot group your order once it has been confirmed.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN AMUSE PRODUCTS ARRIVED WITH SOMETHING INCORRECT / DAMAGED?

  1. Amuse only accepts non-artificially damaged and defective products, and all our products will be quality checked before being shipped. If the received products have undetected production problems, you can request a replacement.

 

  1. If there is a need to return or exchange products, local customers please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and overseas customers within 14 days after receiving the goods (the system confirms the receipt It will be counted as the first day after delivery), otherwise it will not be processed. Returns are not applicable to accessories and discounted products.

 

Please provide the following information for our confirmation of exchange:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Product model to be replaced
  • Reason for the return

Please attach a photo of the product to be returned and exchanged with the email, including a photo of the complete product and a photo of the damaged part.

  • After our email confirmation, please return the goods to the Amuse store address as soon as possible. Customers should bear the shipping cost for returning the item to Amuse and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.
  • Please provide us with the airwaybill number for our record. We are failed to provide the refund if the goods are lost during delivery.
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.​
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

 

​ Goods will not be returned or exchanged for the following reasons:

 

  • The color of the actual product is slightly different from the color displayed on the Internet.

 

  • Everyone has different definitions of color shades, and different electronic products display color differences, it is normal that the product photos and the actual color are slightly different, everything is subject to the actual product.

 

  • There is a slight error between the actual product and the size provided on the Internet. All products are measured on a flat surface by hand, a slight deviation of 1-2 inches in size is normal, everything is subject to the actual product.

 

  • The goods have been washed, worn or modified or damaged. Damaged after washing or wearing, perfume or cosmetics, or the size has been modified will not accept returns.
